Hi there! I hope everything is going well. I’m back to work today after being off since last Friday. My husband had his wisdom teeth out on Friday so I wanted to be at home with him. This also allowed us to do some packing as well. Side note: Any thoughts on how to pack and move nail polish? I’m not sure how I’m going to move it all and I would appreciate any suggestions. 🙂
Today I have a review of the Bundle Monster 2012 Stamping Plate Set. This set includes 25 plates that have full nail designs, french tip designs as well as smaller images.
What I Like:
- A lot of variety in images
- Great value for set
What I Don’t Like:
- Some designs are deeper and not as easy to use
- A different technique needs to be used than most Konad plates I’ve used
Overall – I was surprised by how much I actually like this set. When I looked at the plates online I felt that there was only maybe like 1 or 2 designs that I would use. However when I saw them in person I felt different. I’m not that interested in plates with smiley faces and oranges but there was more to it than that. Each plate comes with 4 full nail designs and 2 smaller designs. On the french tip plates those come with 6 designs.
Personally I think that this is a great value for $23.99. On Nail Polish Canada each Bundle Monster plate retails for $4 individually so if we do basic math it is a $100 value. I know that I will not be using all of the plates (unless I keep entering myself into nail art challenges) but even still I know there are at least 10 plates that I’m really interested in trying so I still think it’s a deal. Also for those who want to know they are the same size as the Konad plates. I think this would make a great gift as well for someone just starting out with nail art.
Key takeaways: Variety & value
How can you go wrong with that? 🙂
You can find this on Nail Polish Canada here.
